· Cancellations can be done if the order is not shipped from our side. Once the order is processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
· There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
· In case of receipt of damaged or defective products except books please report immediately at the time of delivery via our communication channels like phone/email. For such returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
· No cancellations are entertained for those products that MOMINCARTmarketing team has obtained on special occasions like Ramazan, Bakrid etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
· In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice immediately at the time of delivery. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/exchange for your defective items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your end. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to reach you may vary.
